French producer Kurser has spent the good part of the year remixing tracks from the K. Sparks album A Day In The Life after winning a remix contest held in promotion of the album.
Vastly different from the original album released in March, A Day In The Life [The Kurser Remix Suite] finds Kurser trading in the jazzy, boom bap soundtrack crafted by original beatsmith G.C. for a more experimental take on the album. Production ranges from the rock-driven, Sean Price assisted “Keep Movin”, to the gutter hip hop sounds of “Sometimes” and the dancehall vibed “Mind Elevation” featuring Cymarshall Law.
